DMCA Takedown Policy
Last updated: June 23, 2026
DoMyProgrammingHomework.com is operated by WitNip Inc. We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid takedown notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
1. What can be subject to a DMCA notice
Material we publish or host that you believe infringes your copyright. DoMyProgrammingHomework does not publicly host student-uploaded assignment files; you send them to us by email and we do not publish them. If you believe a sample, blog post, or page on our site reproduces material you own, you may submit a notice as described below.
2. How to file a notice
Send a written notice to the designated agent listed in section 4. To be valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), the notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is allegedly infringing and information sufficient to let us locate it, such as the URL.
- Your contact information: name, address, phone, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
3. How we respond
When we receive a valid notice, we remove or disable access to the material promptly, notify the uploader where one applies, and document the action. If the uploader files a counter-notice that meets the statutory requirements (17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3)), we restore access between 10 and 14 business days after we receive the counter-notice, unless we are told the original claimant has filed a court action.
4. Designated agent
Send notices to:
DMCA Designated Agent
WitNip Inc
600 N Broad Street
Middletown, Delaware 19709, United States
Email: hi@witnip.com (subject line: "DMCA Notice")
We are registering the designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2); the official record will be searchable at dmca.copyright.gov once filed.
5. Misuse of the DMCA process
Filing a false or knowingly inaccurate notice is a federal offence (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)) and may result in liability for damages. Submit a notice only for material you have a good-faith basis to believe is infringing.
